The theme is customizable from its control panel. There you have the option to :

* add your twitter id (follow me and last twit are integrated in the theme)
* customize the tabbed area in the header (5 buttons + 5 tabs : you chose their names and content)
* ad ads (banners, adsense, whatever you need) in the sidebar or in the available tabs
